I first visited @boskatl back in October 2024 with high expectations since they recently populated my old neighborhood which really didn’t have restaurant options back in the day…but now that’s changed! So glad they’re in the neighborhood…but there’s a lot that leaves to be desired STILL since I took my second visit. When I was there sitting at my table, someone form a private number (whom I’m certain was an employee or owner), and continued to ask to speak to “UNCLE TOM,” and then hung up. This is how leadership works here?? Completely unacceptable behavior from these people. However the server was wonderful to me and such a delight. The food was good…the fried cauliflower was exceptionally tasty, and the burger was delicious, except for the cold bun they served it in (I hope they don’t do that with other customers). However I’ve had better burgers and overall this experience left such a sour taste that I can’t see myself returning here again. They even tried to give me a dessert but I couldn’t eat it because I was scared they did something to it! But all of this doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try them out…I had a bad experience but MANY people love this place!
