Does anyone remember Jacob LaGrone? He was the guy whose $59million Paris wedding went viral in 2023, then just days later was arrested after shooting at police officers. Lesser known facts of the case, while Lagrone was initially charged with three felony counts of aggravated assault of a public servant which he later plead guilty to, he ultimately only received 7 years of deferred adjudication probation instead of any prison time at all…. All that to say, sometimes assaulting a police officer has absolutely no negative impact on your life. Those results are exclusively reserved for rich, white, men though. So there is that.
