dap means digital audio player and absolutely do not buy an iPod for an audio player unless you absolutely want an iPod. you can find devices for 1/4 the price that are better and devices for the same price that are immeasurably better.

you can absolutely find stock iPods for under $100, you just have to look. elite obsolete has very inflated prices also don't buy iPod nanos they're all scams

Buy the 5.5th gen iPods they are still cheap like $25-$75 depending on condtion Plus they are fully upgradeable and have the search function

Fun fact: 30pin to USB-C does exist. I found them on Amazon and have been using that to upload music onto my iPod.

I spent $60 each on my kids's iPod nanos on eBay unwrapped completely fixed. I think the only thing that was different is that they did put brand new batteries in it but other than that it's just 16 GB. iPods anno's

in the '90s I don't ever remember calling it that. we call tape players tape players or cassette players and we call Cd player CD players and MP3 players MP3 players.
