Thank you for sharing. I had two people in my life that i cared for deeply disclose that they thought they were schizophrenic and even describe delusions to me. Because of the stigma and my lack of understanding, I totally dismissed it. Now I understand and unfortunately because they won’t deal with it, I’ve had to step back. Thank you for doing this important work.

don't know when I stop thinking this but all of last year I generally believe I was surrounded by aliens originally just not real people anytime they will stare at me too long or try to talk to me I would just get mad thinking that's not a part of your program you're not supposed to be doing that
