@1o1aaaaa: My final week working at ShredFast, Liverpool🥹 This place has changed my life in ways I never could’ve imagined… (long caption incoming🤣) I started off as a member in November 2024 to get in shape for our holiday the following month and was instantly addicted. I was a uni student finishing a degree I didn’t enjoy, knowing that working in a science lab wasn’t for me🫠 Then I started working in Coffee Asia to get some money before I went travelling and Luke mentioned about me becoming an instructor. I had no belief in myself, overthought it, talked myself in and out of it, then eventually went for it. My boyfriend and brother were already smashing it and really give me that push to go for it🙌🏽 I was already pretty confident before walking through the doors for the first time, but my confidence, self belief, and purpose has become very clear over the last 18 months. Now I get to do the same for my clients, show them how strong they are, mentally and physically and give women an empowering, all women’s space and community to work on themselves🩷 I’ve gained people I genuinely consider family, lifelong friendships a place I consider home and a job that feels criminal to call work🏡 Liverpool HQ, thank you for showing me non stop love, support and positivity always🫶🏽 Time for a new chapter, to keep evolving and chase my dreams with @adam1dowu back by my side❤️‍🔥 #shredfast #jointhemovement #anybodycan #personaltrainer
