You don’t owe your healing process to anyone but your child and YOU. Don’t lock yourself away and heal silently because that’s what other want you to do. HEAL LOUDLY AND FREELY. Go do the things that at one point in time made you feel like the best version of yourself and made you look back and think wow I wish I was still at that point in my life. Drown out all the noice and just be you and the person you see yourself as 5 years from now. You don’t owe anyone access into your happy & healthy journey through life. You got this. No matter how many times they knock you down, get back up and realize that you deserve so much more than what they keep doing to you.
