Just a thought on the leaves. I work a college campus and leave removal is one of those things. We make the best of it but honestly if y’all were to come with a truck to haul off leaves I’m certain they’d happily give them to y’all. Trying to be helpful, best wishes to you all and your farm.

A pile of grass clippings that thick will heat up before it breaks down. Turn it or spread it thin, otherwise it just goes slimy on the bottom.

Help that mulch and your soil with some microbes! Grab a 5-gallon bucket and fill it with water. Boil a few potatoes, then strain the potato water into the bucket. Next, take an old sock and fill it with organic matter from around your trees or any healthy natural material. Let it soak in the bucket for no more than 3 days. It should develop a nice earthy smell. Once it's ready, dump the whole thing into your garden. It's a simple way to introduce beneficial microbes that can help improve your soil and support healthier plants.

I collect boxes and put down boxes between the rows and then put grass clippings on top of the boxes. A layer of boxes right before it rains is a kiss! I also make new rows this way. You have way more grass than I do. I actually have white clover. 😊

My old boss used to plant red clover between her rows to add nitrogen to the soil and cut down in weeds. Worked great.

Absolutely beautiful that is a real way to consume what you have rather than spending money on what which might not even work, not at this property but at the old property where I used to live I’ve always tell my lawnmower not to throw the grass and I’ll always keep it to put it in my garden slowly decomposes and becomes a compost organic material for my garden
