i think you gotta be more grateful ngl to you. I fw the do it yourself mindset a lot and i think that should stay, but to hate on your friends for literally asking you to hang out and not asking if you're ok is misrepresenting them. There are many types of friends at various levels of closeness, i don't think it's right to throw away the people you play basketball with bc they don't check on your mental health. Go ball w them and enjoy your time there with them in that moment, why does it have to go deeper to consider them a person you fw? It doesn't have to be all or nothing there are always grey areas and friends that aren't as close as other friends, they don't have to be fake cause they don't sit you down and ask if you're doing ok that's incredibly unfair imo. Have you ever checked up on them? Have yall ever reached that level of care for each other? Was the environment for that created? Love everything and continue your journey alone if you so choose, but i hate to see a creator i fw seemingly high-roading their lower tier friends bc y'all haven't built as strong of a relationship. All love though brodie im just here to challenge ya mindset 🫶🫶

Be open to help, but don’t be open to fake love that wastes times. My loneliness has only been a hindrance in the way ppl view me, and wtf does that matter. So fk it you know, I never gave something to someone expecting something in return, but every one time I didn’t have the bread for eats or wtv it is It was always “you better get me back”. I just don’t fw transactional relationships. Real ones know to let these things and these ppl pass, cus that’s all time does after all. Those the ppl who you can pick up with like nothing changed no matter the time in between. The best ones. Refreshing to find

I’m seeing too many black men in this stage of life our age. Me included. What I’m also noticing is we all stand out in one way or another. Queer, alternative, what be it. I believe it’s because we’re different and extraordinary. People want our company because we look cool next to them. But when it’s our turn, they wouldn’t blink. I say this to say you’re not alone and it’s not your fault. Love ya dawg we will get through it.
