ITS ALSO IMPORTANT TO NOTE that ovulation can happen LATE, like a whole week late, in what would *NORMALLY* be your luteal phase, ie like day 20 of your cycle. since luteal phase is technically defined as what's after ovulation, you technically had a really long luteal phase but if you're tracking by weeks from your periods, it will SEEM like in you're in your luteal when you're not

Here is my understanding please correct me if I am wrong, the day of ovulation is a singular day, but sperm can survive up to 5 days so you can get pregnant for a week of the month between your follicular and luteal phase, correct?

thank God I have a long cycle, have the most obvious and reliable ovulation window where I genuinely think I am irresistible that confirms the window, get ovulation cramps confirming the day, and have a long luteal window that starts with a massive breakout that confirms I ovulated 🥰 never been so happy about it tbh lmao
