Omg this explains so much 🫠 I thought I was losing it with the sudden driving anxiety. Reading Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by Loren Green helped me understand what was happening with my hormones and digestion. 25 lbs gone and I actually feel calmer behind the wheel now. My favourite one honestly.

This is definitely what I am going through. I’m glad there’s an explanation. Stuck on the freeway is my worst nightmare. I feel dizzy and fight or flight takes over. I contemplate getting out of the vehicle when I feel trapped.

Started feeling this around 5 years ago . I don’t drive in the dark. Long trips my daughter drives. I don’t like to drive unless I have to and it’s near home. I’d rather stay home.

I feel disconnected from the car- and I use to LOVE long car rides- prided myself on being a great driver- now I have trouble on highways- I get a feeling that comes over me- like my hands are on the wheel but I am not controlling the car- I don’t feel grounded in my seat- like the are is going to spin off- it’s worse going around bends and when I have to go fast- totally fine on regular roads. Wondering from your posts if I should ask for pills instead of continuing hrt cream.
