We lived there too right next to that tan house. We had to sell our house as is and lost pretty much everything because of this flooding. After months and months of fighting with the city after THEY made fixes that CAUSED my house to flood, the refused to help or acknowledge the issue.

For any recent home sales, the Engineer didn’t tell them about LOW WATER TABLE. Maybe it wasn’t an issue at one time, but obviously it’s been happening in recent years! Also the engineer didn’t notice any previous water damage?
