BODYWEIGHT LOWER BODY WORKOUT •
• Squats - 15-20 reps
• Calf Raises - 20 reps
• Alternating Lunges - 10-12 each leg
• Glute Bridges - 15-20 reps
• Pulse Squats - 15 reps
• Step Back Lunges - 10 each leg
• Wall Sit - 30-45 seconds
• Glute Kickbacks - 12-15 each leg
- Repeat 2-4 Rounds
* Walk 30 mins - 1 hour daily
*Drink more water
* Focus on protein + Whole Foods
Do this 3-5x weekly for best results
