It’s actually horrible how healthcare workers will treat you if you are an addict. I’ve experienced this myself. It’s truly a disgrace to willingly choose a profession that works for the people but then discriminate against people because it doesn’t they don’t fit the image they want. They are there to provide healthcare not give judgement on who should obtain treatment and who shouldn’t.
