i disagree with this one big bro, take a set 3 reps past failure and rest for 4 minutes after, if you do just 2 sets that’s very very okay. 1 warmup set and 2 sets past failure

sometimes i like going to failure on skullcrushers and supersetting with jm press. don't do it all the time tho and only on the last set.
