I was doing a barbecue picnic 4000 people Company picnic and it went very well no problems packed up left at 3 o’clock the next day the company called want to know my suppliers and how I did food because they have 28 people out with food poisoning and they won’t be reimbursed for the lost Man hours about $100,000 with further investigation we found all of those people stayed at the playground park and proceeded to eat off a taco truck that was parked in the parking lot they’re playing a softball game outside of the assigned hours of my service that saved me a ton of money and bad PR
