I gasped at the ketchup and the chicken broth to make a ‘Sunday sauce and meatballs’ not ever in my Italian household… but I will give it try as a weeknight meal and I’ll add some spinach and a splash of heavy cream- and serve it over risotto lol

one problem with this recipe. When you use whole fresh tomatoes, the skin comes off so your left with pieces of tomato skins in your mouth.

Like most other recipes, looks quick and simple, but it’s all in the preparation. Doing the chicken meatballs was time consuming…about to start cooking.
