lwk? getting a job rlly does help a ton with phone addiction. I never had it this bad id have it in the shower, but I use my phone a lot, or just screens in general mostly due to it being my only entertainment. but since ive gotten a job with 6hr-8hr shifts my screen time has gotten WAY down, I burn a lot of calories (I work at a McDonald's), and im just away from my phone and socializing even if its ppl yelling at me over a coca cola.
