Since this became a story I’ve never understood how this town thought it was cute to let him roam around. One day he’ll be over 6 thousand pounds and he’ll be territorial. This has always seemed like a bad situation. They clearly do not respect elephant seals. He’s not a little buddy. He’s a huge problem for the city.

I heard in one clip the camera man told them he'd follow a traffic cone waved at him. If the locals know how to move the individual animal without making him mad, they should have listened.
