I wanted to suggest to you to perhaps try a period tracking app if you aren’t already. I use Clue to track my cycles and to make notes on when along my cycles I typically experience any symptoms. You might find a pattern in symptoms that you can bring up to a doctor when you are ready to see one. It’s kinda been relieving for me that the app tracks when I’m ovulating and that a lot of women experience ovarian pains during that time, when I’m not orienting uterine cramping days before and leading into my periods. For me, it’s just nice to refer to.

Definitely sounds like endometriosis. Until you can see a gynecologist, you could try natural progesterone cream. That helped me a little until I was able to get a hysterectomy. She removed an ovary that had a giant “chocolate” cyst on it.

You should look into the big pink bus that is located in TX. They help with a lot of different things for women regardless if you have insurance or not. It’s a non profit organization. Go on there fb page

Not coming at you, but health insurance is a necessity not an option. Contact your state Human Services dept. There are subsidized options depending on your state.

Get an ultrasound just to be safe. I had to pay for ultrasounds even with health insurance it’s around $90. I had a huge cyst that had to be removed.

I would call planned parenthood and ask if you could get a pelvic exam. Maybe it’s a cyst or something they are able to diagnose.
