YES!!!! She is literally the embodiment of the force that created the marvel existence!!! She exists outside of existence itself and is KNOWN to be second only to TOAA!!! Not to mention Jean Grey herself is a living idea and concept, literally the living idea of rebirth whose mortal existence is a Nexus of Probabilities meaning she has no rules, bounds or linear path!!! I think in actuality, it all comes down to symbolism, hierarchy, and destructive power and I just think Jean takes the cake. No one here is contesting her even with cosmic influence besides Wanda and that goes simply too far considering both of them have strong hax against reality and narrative manipulation. If those two would battle, it would probably be a reality shattering duel where they would have to take it outside the cosmos

Jean definitely beats all of them. Wanda is the only issue. Jean has the advantage of the fact that she is the rebirth & life of the universe . U can’t kill Phoenix without killing everything. And even if u managed to do that it still isn’t a permanent death. There was nothing in existence and the phoenix in defiance of the void sprung forth as the first light/flame and made the big bang .She has the advantage of phoenix being a creature that has plot protection in the sense that even if everything went away due to the whole "rising from nothing " aspect she represents she can always be written back & start everything again. Also half the people with strong powers on the avengers side powers stem from them using some sort of Psionics to control said power. The phoenix is the totality of all psionic energy & powers to ever exist, will exist & has existed. She could straight up shut all of the avengers powers off who use psionics to control their abilities

She’s not beating scarlet witch, dr strange or Loki in 1v1s. Most of jeans high end stuff comes from cosmological scaling from the phoenix. When you actually look at her feats tho… a mystical artifact (the warlocks eye) was able to block out her omega level telepathy. Mind you the warlocks eye isn’t anything crazy it’s just some artifact it’s only interesting part is that it’s made by magic older than Asgard. That same artifact put Jean on her ass and she couldn’t do anything but send the phoenix to another character to stop Thanos from destroying the universe. Dr strange, Loki and Wanda on their own have magic way way stronger than something like the warlocks eye.

Thor (in my opinion.) would absolutely destroy on his own. As Jane won in her story against the base Phoenix and Thor is a lot stronger than her.
