Fkn' finally. I can rarely sit still. I pace, I move,stretch. Sometimes I even do a handstand against something. Years now almost,.. almost every time I sit or whatever to meditate I fall asleep. I've always felt traditional type meditation was not for me but very, very rare to find someone speaking out like this. ty
