just because some friends may have disappeared don't mean they don't care. sometimes we have to step back and let the stronger ones help out. we all have problems so god said not to judge.

This is what happens to the brain when you stare at women 👇 Scientists ran a study where they scanned men’s brains while showing them different images some of women dressed modestly, some of women dressed in a revealing way, and some of everyday objects like chairs or tools. There’s a part of our brain called the medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC). This part is responsible for thinking about other people’s thoughts, feelings, and humanity. In other words, it helps us see someone as a full human being. But when men looked at images of women dressed provocatively, this part of the brain became less active almost like the brain was seeing the woman more like an object than a person. On the other hand, when women were dressed modestly, this part of the brain stayed active, and the men still saw them as people, not just bodies. Islam’s Guidance Came Long Before This Study Islam has always warned us about the dangers of how we look at the opposite gender. Allah says in the Qur’an: “Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their chastity. That is purer for them. Surely Allah is All-Aware of what they do.” (Surah An-Nur, 24:30) This ayah doesn’t just tell us to avoid zina (fornication) it starts with lowering the gaze. Why? Because looking with desire is the first step that corrupts the heart and mind. Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: “The glance is one of the poisoned arrows of Shaytan. Whoever lowers his gaze for the sake of Allah, He will replace it with sweetness in the heart until the Day he meets Him.” (Narrated by al-Hakim, Hasan by al-Albani) This shows how powerful even just a look can be. Modern science is now proving that the way we look at someone affects how we treat them. When we stare at someone’s body, especially with lust, our brain may stop recognizing their humanity. We start treating them like an object for our pleasure and that’s exactly what Shaytan wants. When Islam commands modesty in dress and gaze for both men and women it is not to oppress anyone. It’s to preserve the dignity of each person and protect the hearts and minds of the community. Objectification isn’t just a spiritual problem, it rewires the brain, it affects relationships, and it creates a society that values bodies over souls. #muslims #quranverses #islamicreminders #islam #haramrelationships
