Girl co-sleep!! I said I would never do it either but I was desperate for my sleep. My 7 week old has been sleeping all through the night for two weeks now. He would only make it an hour or two at a time in his bassinet.

If you’re pregnant with your first baby, my best advice is teach your baby the difference between day sleep and night sleep. Me and my partner did this and my baby started sleeping almost entirely through the night at three weeks old. We’d put him to bed around eight he’d wake up once at 3 am not crying just fussing he feed and then wake up again at seven. Now at eight weeks old, he sleeps through the entire night from 8 pm until 7 am.

my baby sleeps at night by 12 and wakeup at morning 6 drink milk and sleep again. why.. ? because from evening I started giving her milk with short breaks. she is ful till 12 and sleep whole night without disturbing Alhamdulillah
