Girl co-sleep!! I said I would never do it either but I was desperate for my sleep. My 7 week old has been sleeping all through the night for two weeks now. He would only make it an hour or two at a time in his bassinet.

If you’re pregnant with your first baby, my best advice is teach your baby the difference between day sleep and night sleep. Me and my partner did this and my baby started sleeping almost entirely through the night at three weeks old. We’d put him to bed around eight he’d wake up once at 3 am not crying just fussing he feed and then wake up again at seven. Now at eight weeks old, he sleeps through the entire night from 8 pm until 7 am.

Co-sleeping has been a life saverrrrr. I know it’s frowned upon but I’m team “Do what you gotta do so you don’t lose your mind”. Obviously whatever makes you feel most comfortable is best, but highly recommend it

If you’re like me and absolutely terrified of co-sleeping (my husbands behavior when sleeping is not co-sleep friendly🙃), try one of those bassinets that rocks the baby and has music/white noise. My daughter sleeps 3-4 hours and only wakes up to eat and get changed and then it’s right back to sleep. I wish I would’ve bought one for my first baby😅
