It is individual Human Design - indeed it can benefit certain types but science overlooks Human Design linked to Astrology aka Energy - they accept acupuncture, fascia, meridian points etc but not the connection to planetary bodies - a blue zone is a specific geographical location with its own energy grid

My dad along with 5 other siblings and their father died from lung and throat cancer and everyone of them smoked. My mom will be 80 in Nov smoking since 16 and she’s in pretty good shape. She’s still doing her thing. You always have exceptions to the rule.

It’s because they generally have a more Whole Foods diet. I’m not attacking heavily processed foods but they have their place of course. It does make it easier to feed a population with more processed foods. And it also depends on how we talk about process in the first place. But they generally eat a bit more fish more meat a lot more vegetables. They are more physically active. Their towns and cities are generally built better for walking and what not. The work culture versus living is actually different. They tend to have a higher priority towards having a life outside of work.
