Soccer/Football is really a lesson for all of us. Like ppl say it’s not political but it is literally built into its fabric. I’ve learned so much history this month from pride, Juneteenth, and the World Cup. The world is such a dynamic box we will never escape until we can really work together. At least that’s how this month has made me feel.

I’m also half Black and half Japanese so he makes me proud and I was rooting for him when I watched them play against Sweden. He did such a fantastic job, it’s so different seeing it in person!! He and the team have such great unspoken communication skills too.
