@colleenonthecoast: Replying to @Sammy Cakes Lymphatic dry brushing has become one of my favorite self-care habits. It leaves my skin feeling smoother, helps reduce the look of puffiness, and feels like the perfect reset after a long day. If you’re looking for an easy wellness routine to add to your day, these brushes are worth trying. 💆‍♀️✨#drybrushing #lymphaticdrainage #lymphaticdrainagemassage #puffyeyes #depuff

lymphatics lie directly under the surface...think of them as tiny straws right under the skin. Pressing to hard actually compresses them, what youre actually probably feeling whike doing it that hard is fluid shifting within the tissue. Just do it more gentle, so you get the best result. You may see a noticeable difference after the way you are doing it, but youre just shifting the fluid. lymphatics actually drain, not shift.
