Honestly in 2005 most folks were probably in DCU/BDU, and the gear would be heavily mixed. This is more 2007-2009. Additionally we pretty much always had an IBA on underneath the FLC. Then the FLC was phased out when the IBA came around due to it preventing the IBA from coming apart when the rip cord was pulled.
