He’s always eager to get out and explore, greeting both familiar faces and new friends with sweet eye contact and an excited wag. Max absolutely loves his people and thrives on interaction, whether it’s soaking up affection (yes, even belly rubs!) or playing with his favorite toys. This handsome boy knows his basics like sit, stay, down, release, and takes treats nicely. He’s a higher energy guy who can get a bit jumpy when he’s excited, but he’s responsive and respectful when you work with him. On leash, Max does pull and can be reactive when seeing other dogs, so he’ll need an adopter who’s willing to continue working on his skills and help guide him to success. With structure and consistency, he has all the potential to shine.
