Rubber Isolators (ISO Mounts): Check these inside the drum for cracking, separation, or torsion.Worn Bearings: Worn or damaged vibratory bearings in the drum can cause loud noise and reduce efficiency.Eccentric Weight Shaft: Check the drive shaft and splined coupling inside the drum. If broken, the motor may spin without turning the weights.Drum Scrapers: Ensure scrapers are not rubbing too tightly or harboring debris that could impede rotation.

Good luck! Love watching the videos, I’m sure someone will chime in with some good ideas. But your common sense approach seems to work pretty good!

There is a hub coupler that goes bad a lot chews up the rubber we get rid of our cb24 roller when the dum bearings and seals go bad . Leave hydraulic hoses on take the two Allen bolts out see if coupler is chewed up

pull the vibrator motor while its off check for rotation if it doesnt rotate you have a fluid problem. if it does rotate check to make sure you have the coupling/shaft keys installed properly or are not sheared off. Those are some of the easier checks to do.

As a former employee of Domino’s, we ran across this a lot in our delivery vehicles. It’s low on fluid and then needs adjustment in the flowbehead extender valve.

If I had to guess, there’s got to be a bearing that’s bad.

It sounds like the motor is shot. The pump is definitely sending fluid down there, so it's probably going straight through the motor, and the pulldown you hear and see is the restriction of the motor, but it's not turning.

Have you checked the hydrocoptic marzel vane? If that's ok then it's likely the ambifacient lunar wane shaft.

Most rollers have a plastic belt inside that drives the weights, either way very likely the issue is internal with what your showing but I would swap the motors first because that is way easier that tearing the drum apart, I work on hamm rollers everyday not so much cats, but there is a lot that goes into rebuilding the inside of a drum, definitely get the procedure Manual, the weights inside are timed
