At the most expensive paint shop, I was quoted $3k to paint my car. At every wrap shop I was quoted $7k to wrap my car.

Nah 10k isn’t the cheapest paint shop, you’re just making excuses. Wraps went from 1500 to 10000 in 10 years with zero changes

The sad thing is which one's going to last longer paint or wrap. my money is on paint. if it's done the right way wrap you only get 5 years out of it and then when you peel it off it's going to rip up your paint

$5,000 wrap that last max 10 years if garaged no contact washing etc if in perfect conditions, or a $6,000-$8,000 paint job that will last 20 years doesn't need garaged can be contact washed and can have paint corrections over and over and over to make it look brand new again

how much is a reasonable paint job? I have a silver Ford fusion 2016, and while silver is " safe " I would prefer a dark blue or blue purple.
