People say 2lbs max is healthy, but I lost way more than that when I was in my deficit and lost like 60lbs in 2021. They say “slow is sustainable” but I have kept it all off. The key is not removing any foods from your diet. ONLY do a deficit and keep your fav things included. Restriction is what brings the weight back afterward because you go back to your old ways. Good luck!!!

I've always heard 1-2 pounds a week. but also 3500 cals in a pound so if you do a 500 cal daily deficit you will love 1 pound a week! hope this helps
