Quit my job of 4yrs because of my toxic boss and environment. 1st week on the new job we’ve already had a pizza party just because, a karaoke hour and tons of positivity everywhere..didn’t think work environments like this existed 😭

The last place I worked at had me looking like a zombie. I looked drained and was so uninspired. It was exhausting, constant bickering and people back stabbing each other. Constant jealously and inability to work together as a team. It trickles down from the top obvs but wow it was eye opening experience.

oh I'm WELL AWARE. Returned from maternity to a middle school role. I was in kindergarten when I left. The teacher I'm expected to share planning with DOESN'T DO ANYTHING. Doesn't plan and asks to see my books later in the afternoon when I've had to plan the lesson she was paid to

Was let go from a 4-year job I knew was literally killing me but just hadn’t pulled the plug yet. Two months unemployed was surprisingly calm and the new job is a relief. Took a few months but my chronic health problems are smaller and I’m more awake than I’ve been in years
