There’s some Contacts on the situation for everybody in the comments. The new screen was installed and after informing the customer of the additional problems the Phone had they requested us to put back the old screen and give them back the phone so that’s what we did.

no sir you explained to them there might be another problem after screen is fixed and it will reboot itself but you didn't tell them that part was going to be another 150 dallors I think if you would of told them the price they wouldn't of done the work with yall 💯

Lesson #1 do not buy or do anything in those kiosk at the mall. They are more expensive that the regular store and products are lower quality.

The phone was cracked from the front and back. In order to even get it to turn on the front needed to be replaced and he mentioned additional parts may be needed. They paid for the screen and the phone continued having issues which is why they want a refund back.
