Have you maked sure your implants aren’t causing your health problems? I’ve seen that happen with so many people. I had a friend have to get hers removed only a few months later because she started having so many health issues. We love you Kylie 🫶🏻

Soooo this may not apply to you but I had a doctor put me on an anti inflammatory diet once and two of the main things I couldn’t eat were pork and shellfish. I was shocked by those. Apparently they are very inflammatory. Didn’t you just have a bunch of crab and shrimp?? Might be worth looking into…

I’m sorry you’re having a flare. It is no fun dealing with a chronic illness. I’m having a fibromyalgia flare. I am exhausted and I feel like someone ran me over. And my shower about took me out. And now that it’s bedtime, I can’t sleep😂 Hope you feel better💕

You must have pretty mild flares - thankfully! When I’m in a flare, I cannot function normally whatsoever. Even after I start feeling better, I am too drained to do anything but rest. Hope you feel better! 🙏
