Issue with the DC and JJ thing for me, size and reach. You can play with weight during weigh-ins but when skills levels are fairly equal - physical attributes matter. The guy is going to lose unless he pulls some magic out of his hat. Anyone expecting DC to win during those fights knowing both of their records was using hope as a measuring stick. There are ways to beat JJ from DC perspective but DC would have to watch too many JJ fights - similarly to how JJ analysed DC. Also Rampage you could see the size difference playing out. As if JJ would allow wreckless punching without using his famous tactics to keep fighters away from his face and body. I’m a big fan of both DC and JJ.
