How you doing mate? Listen, no matter how you are feeling, or if you think you aren't coping, believe me what you are doing is working.....it's working. I know this cos you reached out to us and put your heart on your sleeve and that is brave. That is brave!! Whatever has you down, it does not define you......YOU control your destiny. Pull yourself up from that deep part way down in your gut that holds the anger. Whatever the injustice is, use it, draw it up, put it in front of you and work away at smashing that image until you look in the mirror and don't recognise yourself. Sit and cry, until you are ready to run on pure hate. Believe me, once the hate is all used up, you will look in the mirror and you won't recognise yourself.
