Replying to @gethendy54302 RECIPE FOR THE "RAW" BANANA BREAD 🙏 (can easily be free from gluten, dairy, eggs, and refined sugar! recipe and substitutions below!! 🫶) ingredients: •3 bananas •1/2 cup applesauce (can use 2 eggs instead) •1/3 cup neutral oil (or butter) •1/3 cup yogurt (any kind) •optional: 1/2 cup sugar (can use anywhere from none to 1 cup depending on desired sweetness) •1 Tbsp vanilla •1 Tbsp cinnamon •1 tsp salt •1 cup almond flour (can sub for 1/2 cup AP flour) •1 cup AP flour (i used gluten-free) •optional: up to 1 cup of mix-ins •optional: 1/3 cup coarse sugar topping •optional: 1 Tbsp flakey salt for topping directions: •Preheat oven to 350F. •Peel and mash bananas. •Add applesauce, oil, yogurt, vanilla, and sugar, and mix well. •Add cinnamon, salt, and flours, and fold in until combined. •Add optional mix-ins and fold in until just combined. •Grease or parchment-line your baking dish (loaf pan, cake dish, muffin tins, anything works but may have to adjust baking time) •Pour batter in baking dish. •Optionally top with coarse sugar and flakey salt. •Bake for 90 minutes. •Let cool for at least 30 minutes. •ENJOY!! #bananabread #bakingrecipe #bakingtutorial #EasyRecipe #glutenfreeeats
