The maintenance phases are so important! And thank you for sharing this, I had a horrible reaction to a glp1 and have felt so left out, good to see it can happen! Been on my beans everyday and got immediately snatched lol

I read that if you do protein deficient diets for like a week or two it helps to use up the loose skin because your body uses up its own protein. I was doing so great for 3 weeks. lost a bunch of weight very maintainable. and then my luteal phase just f***** me up so bad and now I'm thinking I should have used berberine. like my insulin resistance went crazy all of a sudden. blood sugar readings from 90 jumped up to 115 daily.

GHK-cu is a great option. There are approved creams but the pin version is probably more effective. Hopefully it’ll be approved soon 🤗
