Summarize the company in one page including business model, revenue drivers, industry dynamics, investment highlights, key risks, and potential buyer universe.” ⸻ 2. MANAGEMENT MEETING PREP “Review the CIM, diligence materials, and financial model. Generate 20 management questions focused on growth drivers, customer concentration, margins, working capital, capex, and competitive positioning.” ⸻ 3. EARNINGS CALL ANALYSIS “Review this earnings transcript and compare it against consensus expectations. Summarize key takeaways, guidance changes, risks, opportunities, and implications for valuation.” ⸻ 4. COMPARABLE COMPANY ANALYSIS “Review these public company filings and earnings transcripts. Identify the most relevant comparable companies and summarize valuation multiples, growth rates, margins, and investment themes.” ⸻ 5. LBO MODEL SENSITIVITY REVIEW “Review this LBO model and identify the assumptions that have the largest impact on returns.
