@trevorcarroll_: I think it can be easy to focus on the more challenging aspects of the autistic experience because it seems like they are more prevalent and constant. But often, in between those moments, I also find moments of extreme joy, often described as autistic joy or sensory joy. From my understanding and experience, this is more than just feeling good. My number 1 favorite is being in any moving vehicle minus cars. Boats, planes, trains, love that shit. I have to be not driving it and preferably it’s an open air vehicle but not required. My fav is boats tho never felt so relaxed as on a moving boat
