JUNHUAN_SlewingBearing :
The gear tooth is the core transmission component of slewing bearings. Gear accuracy directly determines equipment operation stability, noise level, load capacity and service life. We implement 100% full gear inspection procedure to eliminate profile error, excessive runout, uneven backlash and surface defects, ensuring consistent high quality.
Core Inspection Process:
1. Gear Profile & Lead Inspection
Strictly test involute profile, tooth lead parallelism and cumulative pitch error in accordance with ISO 1328 standards. Ensure uniform meshing and even force distribution to avoid abnormal wear, jamming and abnormal noise.
2. Gear Runout Detection
Precision dial indicators and runout testers are used for full-circle multi-point detection. The maximum runout position is marked professionally to reduce assembly cumulative error and guarantee smooth rotation.
3. Backlash Control
Precisely control gear backlash according to industry standards. Uniform clearance prevents jamming and overheating caused by too small clearance, and avoids shaking & impact noise caused by excessive clearance.
4. Surface Defect Inspection & NDT
Full-tooth inspection for scratches, burrs, cracks and pitting. Non-destructive testing eliminates hidden fatigue defects on tooth roots to ensure zero defective delivery.
5. Gear Hardness Testing
Heat treatment hardness is strictly controlled at 45–55HRC, providing excellent wear resistance, impact resistance and fatigue resistance, suitable for construction, PV, port, mining and marine harsh working environments.
6. Dynamic Meshing Recheck
Bidirectional full-rotation operation test verifies smooth running, low noise and perfect meshing performance. All products pass strict data recording and standardized marking before delivery.
We provide high-precision, high-wear-resistance and high-stability slewing bearing solutions for global engineering machinery and industrial equipment customers.
