Frank, just so you know, alert and oriented times 3 or 4 means alert and then oriented to time place, person and event. Those are the times 4 or 5. Nurses, firefighters EMTs, police officers and the like have fallen in line with A&o times three or four but it doesn't mean when you said it means. just wanted you to know.
