I started drinking oz of juice with 2 teaspoons of psyllium husk like a month ago and I don’t think I’ve ever felt better in my tummy lol. 10/10 do recommend

same. and i was doing just the plain psyllium powder before but real talk , I just got the store brand metamusil, the added flavor is so much more pleasant to drink. 💯 recommend.

I finally convinced my mom to take meta mucil and she gets it now!!! Pooping is so easy with Meta Mucil, I can poop at work in like 5 seconds and not stink up the place.
