1. Auditor is clueless about Article 265 which is now omitted and replaced with ATMUA 2021 except 265E which applies to tethered aircraft. It certainly does not "take you away from CAP 722" which is the guidance and policy document that underwrites the drone code. 🤣

'Article 265 is a summary offence' 🤣🤣 No its just a paragraph in the Air Navigation Order that DESCRIBES the summary offences. A summary offence is simply one that is tried at a Magistrates court so the comment makes no sense at all. Regardless, Article 265, sections a to d no longer exist.
