One time a receptionist said I could only make appointments over the phone. So I had to stand at the desk and call her and talk over the phone to book an appointment 😭 why do they make everything so difficult lol

my ultimate win was when the receptionist was busy so told me to sit down and she'd check me in. 10mins later she phones me, whilst in 5m away in the waiting area, telling me Im late for an appointment.

My last GP receptionist and I did not get on. So much so I was formally (via email) told I’m no longer a patient at their practice. Every now and again I book an appointment via the Hot Doc AP just to annoy her, surprisingly, the appointment is always declined 😂
