I bought this this stays tacky for hours. You cannot put nail polish on top of it. This is not a polish. It does not dry. Everybody’s saying that it’s the oil. I did not know that I gave up on it.

I didn’t have very good luck with this stuff. It would never dry and stay tacky for hours. I finally took it off.
