A female character (WHO IS AN ADULT BOTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY) can be not covered or dressed sexually and still have aura or be a generally cool character. The main reason WHY people point out Arlecchino having aura and being covered up is because you can take her a lot more seriously when she’s dressed intimidatingly. Someone who is dressed for the male gaze isn’t intimidating or aura-filled because people think ‘oh fanservice yay’ or get freaked out asf. The Tsaritsa is beautiful, and has aura, but she could be a lot more if she was dressed in clothing more intimidating, rather than like Elsa.
