I agree with this. I bought a lot of tarot and oracle decks. When I was learning how to read & use them, I became addicted to keep drawing cards every single day. Up to a point I was mentally and emotionally exhausted and overwhelmed and had sleeping issues and sleep paralysis.

I bought a tarot card 4 years ago and have read my own fortune very few times over these 4 years. I just don't see the point in looking at some things and prefer to leave it to chance, and 80% of my readings were for studying and passing exams lol My thinking is that tarot is not a prediction, but the most probable, but VARIABLE outcome if you get off your ass.
