Otto is/was my favorite green. I feel like he NEVER lied. He was shady af but everyone else played their part in a way that GAVE HIM everything he needed to take over. Rhaenyra wasn’t doing her duty by getting married ORRRRRR producing heirs with Laenor who was THEEEE BEST MATCH ! Alicent just did what her daddy told her to do. Viserys was getting onto Rhaenyra about it all which in Otto’s defense was the correct thing to do and imo he was serving as hand in those moments. Otto was great I’m wondering how Alicent is gonna act and who was she was talking to in the preview? They never showed a face.

Yes! Otto is at fault but also Otto was trying to take the throne without much bloodshed…he don’t have the stomach for it either 🤣 he knew Rhae would give it rather easy if you added enough pressure but Alicent was fueling the wrong fire. She had 10 years to act fake instead of mean and slightly cruel. Alicent should’ve done what her father did and play the game behind the scenes before popping out and told her kids to play nice
