Crispy Cheese Egg Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowl 🍳 This has been my hyper fixation breakfast for a while now 😍 High protein, full of flavour and and so delicious! Make sure to save for later☝🏼 •500 kcals •32g PRO, 28g CHO, 28g FAT Served 1: -2 eggs -Salt/pepper -20g of grated cheddar/mozzarella -1 slice of streaky bacon -100g of cottage cheese -4-5 cherry tomatoes, diced -1 slice of sourdough -10g of chilli oil -Sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning -Fresh dill Method: 1. Heat a pan on medium heat. Once hot sprinkle on the cheese and let it crisp up. 2. Once slightly crispy, crack the eggs on top. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for 3-4 minutes or until the bottoms have crisped up. Then cover with a lid for 1-2 minutes to cook the yolk depending on your desired consistency. 3. Place the bacon under the grill and cook until crispy. 4. Add cottage cheese to a bowl and spread out. 5. Toast the sourdough. 6. Top with the crispy cheese eggs, bacon, and tomatoes. Add toasted sourdough to the side. 7. Sprinkle over everything bagel seasoning and drizzle over chilli. Top with fresh dill.
